基于"圆运动"理论探析抑郁症的辨治OA

Depression is a common psychological and mental illness characterized by decreased interest and lower motivation in clini-cal practice.Chinese medicine believes that the disorder of Qi movement is the key factor in the occurrence and development of the dis-ease.Based on the theory of circular motion and holistic approach,the guiding ideology of"reinforcing Qi of the Middle-jiao,regulating four Organs and balancing the five internal Organs are taken as the guiding ideology for the treatment of depression".This paper analy-zes the abnormal movement of Circular Motion and the process from"the lifting of the regulating Qi"to"rotating the pivot to propel the wheels with restoring circular movements"in order to provide new ideas for the clinical dia gnosis and treatment of depression.
