清热化湿颗粒联合西药治疗老年幽门螺杆菌感染的疗效评价OA

Objective To investigate whether the combination of the clinical empirical formula Qingre Huashi Granules and Western medicine can achieve a clinically satisfactory Helicobacter pylori(HP)eradication rate while further improving dyspeptic symptoms.Methods A retrospective study was conducted involving 160 patients.The composite success rate 4 weeks after completion of medication was evaluated,defined as the proportion of patients achieving both HP eradication and a≥30%improvement in the Gastrointestinal Symptom Score Scale(GOSS)score.In addition,the distribution characteristics of clinical symptom clusters in elderly patients with HP infection and the correlation between the efficacy index of the spleen-stomach dampness-heat syndrome and the GOSS score improvement rate were analyzed.Results The composite success rates were 46.25%in the observation group and 51.25%in the control group,with no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P=0.527).Clinical symptoms in elderly patients with HP infection could be classified into three major clusters.The acid reflux-heartburn cluster had the highest positive rate(43.19%),followed by the early satiety-postprandial fullness cluster(34.69%)and the nausea-belching cluster(31.25%).Correlation analysis showed that the efficacy index of the spleen-stomach dampness-heat syndrome was positively correlated with the GOSS score improvement rate(r=0.28,P=0.002).Conclusion The Qingre Huashi dual therapy can help improve dyspeptic symptoms in elderly patients while eradicating HP,and is worthy of clinical application.
