十五种萱草植株光合特性对低温处理的响应及耐冷性分析OA
Response of Photosynthetic Characteristics of 15 Species of Hemerocallis Plants to Low Temperature Treatment and Analysis of Cold Tolerance
以15个品种的萱草植株为试材,在人工气候箱内分别设置20(对照,CK)、10、5 ℃和0 ℃的温度处理,于0、24、48 h和72 h测定其净光合速率(Pn)、胞间CO2浓度(Ci)、气孔导度(Gs)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、PSⅡ最大光化学量子产量(Fv/Fm)、实际光化学量子效率(ΦPsⅡ)、光化学淬灭系数(qP)、非光化学淬灭系数(NPQ),并于72 h测定了萱草各处理的叶片冷害指数,采用相关性分析和主成分分析的方法,研究了 15个品种的耐冷性差异,以期为萱草栽培与育种提供参考依据.结果表明:与对照相比,随着处理温度的降低与时间的延长,15个品种萱草植株的Pn、Gs、Tr、Fv/Fm、ΦPSⅡ和qP总体上呈现下降趋势,而叶片冷害指数和Ci则呈上升趋势,NPQ呈现先升后降的趋势.主成分分析显示15个萱草品种耐冷性大小的综合排名为"大花萱草">"聪明的小设计">"红运">"Coopers Promis">"芝加哥之火">"尽情燃烧">"奶油卷">"儿童节">"吉星">"西瓜红">"摇钱树">"小宠物">"东方不败">"8粉缎">"水龙",排序结果与冷害指数表现基本一致.
Taking fifteen varieties of Hemerocallis plants as experimental materials,and temperature treatments at 20 ℃(control,CK),10 ℃,5 ℃,and 0 ℃ were established in an artificial climate chamber.Measurements of net photosynthetic rate(Pn),intercellular CO2 concentration(Ci),stomatal conductance(Gs),transpiration rate(Tr),maximum photochemical quantum yield of PS Ⅱ(Fv/Fm),actual photochemical quantum efficiency(ΦPS Ⅱ),photochemical quenching coefficient(qP),and non-photochemical quenching coefficient(NPQ)were taken at 0,24,48 hours,and 72 hours.Additionally,the leaf chilling injury index for each treatment was assessed at the 72th hour.Using correlation analysis and principal component analysis,the differences in cold tolerance among 15 varieties were studied,in order to provide a reference for daylily cultivation and breeding.The results indicated that compared with the control,with the decrease in treatment temperature and the extension of time,Pn,Gs,Tr,Fv/Fm,ΦPS Ⅱ,and qP across the 15 Hemerocallis varieties generally demonstrated a declining trend,whereas the leaf chilling injury index and Ci exhibited an increasing trend.NPQ showed a trend of initial increase followed by a decrease.Notably,significant correlations were identified among the physiological indicators of each Hemerocallis variety.Principal component analysis revealed that the comprehensive ranking of cold tolerance among the 15 Hemerocallis varieties was as follows:'Hemerocallis hybrida'>'Congmingdexiaosheji'>'Hongyun'>'Coopers Promis'>'Zhijiagezhihuo'>'Jinqingranshao'>'Naiyoujuan'>'Ertongjie'>'Jixing'>'Xiguahong'>'Yaoqianshu'>'Xiaochongwu'>'Dongfangbubai'>'8 Fenduan'>'Shuilong',which was basically consistent with the results of the leaf chilling injury index.
