芳香型蝴蝶兰花朵挥发性成分的比较分析OA
Analysis of Volatile Componentsin Flowers of the Aromatic Phalaenopsis Species
以'彼自豪''金树'和'超级斑马'3个芳香型蝴蝶兰品种为试材,采用顶空固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱联用法(HS-SPME-GC-MS),研究了不同花器官(萼片、花瓣、唇瓣)挥发性成分的组成及分布特征,以期为芳香型蝴蝶兰的香气形成机制解析及品质评价提供参考依据.结果表明:共鉴定出64种挥发性物质,分属萜类、醛类、芳香族类等8类化合物,其中萜类物质占比最高;萜类和醛类广泛存在于各品种不同花器官,而酯类物质仅在'超级斑马'中被检测到;各品种共同检出香叶醇、β-月桂烯、乙醛、青叶醛、天然壬酸和2,5-二甲基苯甲醛6种挥发性物质,且己醛和青叶醛在所有检测样本中普遍存在;芳樟醇、香叶醇、2,6-壬二烯醛、β-蒎烯、反式-2-壬烯醛和己醛对香气贡献显著,是构成主要花香的关键成分;品种类型显著影响萜类和芳香族物质的积累,而花器官类型则主导酯类物质的分布,且不同化合物类别间存在显著相关性.
Taking three aromatic Phalaenopsis cultivars,Phal.'Bizihao',Phal.'Jinshu',and Phal.'Chaojibanma'as experimental materials,headspace solid-phase microextraction coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(HS-SPME-GC-MS)was employed to investigate the composition and distribution characteristics of volatile compounds in different floral organs(sepals,petals,and lips),in order to provide a reference for elucidating the aroma formation mechanism and evaluating the quality of aromatic Phalaenopsis.The results showed that a total of 64 volatile compounds were identified,belonging to eight categories including terpenes,aldehydes,and aromatics,with terpenes accounting for the highest proportion.Terpenes and aldehydes were widely distributed across different floral organs of all cultivars,whereas esters were detected exclusively in Phal.'Chaojibanma'.Six volatile compounds,geraniol,β-myrcene,acetaldehyde,leaf aldehyde,natural nonanoic acid,and 2,5-dimethylbenzaldehyde,were commonly detected in all cultivars,with hexanal and leaf aldehyde being ubiquitous in all tested samples.Linalool,geraniol,2,6-nonadienal,β-pinene,trans-2-nonenal,and hexanal contributed significantly to the aroma and were identified as key components constituting the primary floral scent.Correlation analysis indicated that cultivar type significantly affected the accumulation of terpenes and aromatic compounds,while floral organ type predominantly influenced the distribution of esters.Furthermore,significant correlations were observed among different compound categories.
