以31份白萝卜为试材,采用简化基因组测序的方法对其进行核心SNP标记开发,研究了核心SNP标记与萝卜品种遗传多样性及DNA指纹图谱的关系,以期为萝卜遗传多样性分析、种质资源鉴定及新品种培育提供参考依据.结果表明:获得能够高效鉴定白萝卜品种的378个核心SNP标记,其多态信息含量和杂合度平均值分别为0.473和0.411.表明378个标记能够代表供试材料的遗传变异信息,有效区分所有供试材料.从主成分、亲缘关系、基因型及系统发育进化树等多方面综合分析,将31份白萝卜材料分为5个类群.基于378个核心SNP标记为每份白萝卜材料构建DNA指纹图谱二维码.

Taking 31 white radish samples as test materials,the core SNP markers were developed by using Hyper-sequencing method.The relationship between the core SNP markers and the genetic diversity of radish varieties as well as the DNA fingerprinting was studied,in order to provide references for the analysis of genetic diversity of radish,identification of germplasm resources and breeding of new varieties.The results showed that,378 core SNP markers capable of efficiently identifying white radish varieties were obtained.The average values of its polymorphic information content and heterozygality were 0.473 and 0.411 respectively.It indicated that 378 markers could represent the genetic variation information of the test materials and effectively distinguish all the test materials.A comprehensive analysis was conducted on multiple aspects such as principal components,genetic relationships,genotypes,and phylogenetic evolutionary trees,and 31 white radish materials were classified into 5 groups.DNA fingerprinting QR code was constructed for each serving of white radish material based on 378 core SNP markers.
