三门峡卢氏烟区烤烟品种(系)的筛选试验OA

To screen for flue-cured tobacco varieties(lines)suitable for cultivation in the Lushi tobacco-growing area of Sanmenxia,Henan Province,this experiment was conducted with Yunyan 87 as the control variety.A comprehensive evaluation was performed on 6 flue-cured tobacco varieties(lines),namely YM2020,YM2010,YY024,YY025,KRK26,and Yunongxiang 201,in terms of growth duration,botanical traits,agronomic traits,field natural disease incidence,economic characteristics,and routine chemical composition.The results showed that the growth durations of all tested varieties(lines)ranged from 121 to 128 days,with YM2020 having the longest duration,while YY024 and YY025 had the shortest.Significant differences were observed among the 7 varieties(lines)in agronomic traits.Notably,YM2020 and KRK26 exhibited greater plant height,thicker stem girth,more leaves,uniform growth,and strong vigor.Yunyan 87 and YY025 showed weak resistance to black shank,whereas YM2020 and Yunongxiang 201 displayed certain resistance to this disease.YM2020 and YY024 showed relatively mild incidence of tobacco mosaic virus.YM2020 achieved the highest yield(1 941.73 kg/hm²)and output value(58 018.89 yuan/hm²),while the yields of the other varieties were all lower than that of the control.The proportion of first-class leaves was highest in KRK26(59.22%),followed by YM2020(58.61%).YM2020,KRK26,and Yunongxiang 201 exhibited relatively balanced potassium-to-chlorine ratios in the upper and middle leaves,indicating better overall coordination.YM2020 demonstrated a significant comprehensive economic advantage.In summary,YM2020,KRK26,and Yunongxiang 201 show good field performance.
