本文总结了水稻半钵体育苗及机插配套栽培技术要点,并分析其示范成效.栽培技术要点包括选择分蘖中等、穗大粒多、抗逆性强的高产水稻品种;播种环节采用叠盘暗化育秧,结合钵苗机插播种流水线一次性完成装土、播种、覆土;移栽前施用"送嫁肥药",确保秧苗健壮带肥药下田;大田耕整要求田平泥熟;选用乘坐式高速插秧机,行株距30 cm×14 cm,每穴3~4苗;水肥管理坚持"前促、中控、后补"原则,配合返青浅灌、够苗搁田、干湿交替的水分调控措施;病虫草害防控以综合防治为主,应用农业(适时晒田)、物理(杀虫灯)、生物(生物药剂)技术,合理选用丁草胺封闭除草,以及噻呋酰胺、氯虫·三氟苯等药剂防治纹枯病、稻纵卷叶螟等;适时机械收获.2025年,在安徽省东至县示范区应用该技术,育成秧苗健壮、根系发达,带土栽插后返青快,有效穗数与穗粒数协调,实收产量为839.52 kg/667 m2.本文为水稻半钵体育苗及机插配套栽培技术的推广应用提供参考.

This paper summarized the key technical points of half-pot seedling raising and mechanical transplanting cultivation for rice,and analyzed its demonstration effects.The key technical points of cultivation include the following aspects:high-yield rice varieties with moderate tillering capacity,large panicles with numerous grains,and strong stress resistance were selected;in the sowing stage,stacked tray dark-germination seedling raising was adopted,combined with a pot-seedling mechanical transplanting sowing line to complete soil filling,sowing,and soil covering in one operation;"nutrient and pesticide carrier fertilizer"was applied to ensure robust seedlings with pesticide protection before being moved to the field;paddy field preparation required leveled and well-matured soil;transplanting was carried out using a riding-type high-speed transplanter at a row-hill spacing of 30 cm×14 cm,with 3-4 seedlings per hill;water and fertilizer management followed the principle of"promotion at the early stage,control at the mid-stage,and supplementation at the late stage",combined with water regulation measures such as shallow irrigation during green-up,drainage for field drying at the critical tillering stage,and alternating wetting and drying;pest,disease,and weed control emphasized integrated management,employing agricultural(timely field drying),physical(insecticidal lamps),and biological(biological agents)techniques,along with the rational use of butachlor for pre-emergence weed control,and fungicides/insecticides such as thifluzamide and chlorantraniliprole·triflumezopyrim for controlling sheath blight and rice leaf folder,among other pests;after timely mechanical harvesting.In 2025,this technology was applied in the demonstration area of Dongzhi County,Anhui Province.The seedlings raised were robust with well-developed root systems.After transplanting with soil blocks,they established rapidly.Mechanical transplanting achieved optimal planting density,with a good grain number per panicle.The actual harvested yield reached 839.52 kg/667 m2.This paper provides a reference for the extension and application of half-pot seedling raising and mechanical transplanting cultivation technology for rice.
