目的:研究醋鳖甲的毒理学安全性.方法:以醋鳖甲作为保健食品原料应用的人体推荐摄入量为基础,根据《食品安全性毒理学评价程序》(GB 15193)进行急性经口毒性试验、Ames试验、小鼠骨髓红细胞微核试验、小鼠精母细胞染色体畸变试验以及28天经口毒性试验,对醋鳖甲的安全性进行评价.结果:醋鳖甲急性经口毒性试验中雌雄小鼠的半数致死剂量(LD50)均大于20.0 g/kg,属于实际无毒级别;Ames试验、小鼠骨髓红细胞微核试验及小鼠精母细胞染色体畸变试验等3项遗传毒性检测结果均为阴性;28天经口毒性试验中,20、10、5 g/kg剂量组大鼠的体质量增量、总进食量、眼部、血液学、血生化、尿液及组织病理等指标较对照组差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:在本试验条件下,醋鳖甲未显示急性毒性和遗传毒性,醋鳖甲属于实际无毒食品原料.

OBJECTIVE:To study toxicity of vinegar turtle shell.METHODS:Toxicity of vinegar turtle shell was tested according to Procedures and Methods for Toxicological Evaluation of Food Safety(GB 15193).The following tests were conducted:acute oral toxicity test,Ames test,micronucleus test of mouse bone marrow red blood cells,chromosome aberration test of mouse spermatocyte and 28-day oral toxicity test.RESULTS:The half of lethal dose(LD50)values of male and female mice in the acute oral toxicity test were greater than 20.0 g/kg,which was classified as practically non-toxic.The results of Ames test,micronucleus test of mouse bone marrow red blood cells and chromosome aberration test of mouse spermatocyte were all negative.In the 28-day oral toxicity test,no significant changes were observed in total weight gain,total food intake,eye,hematology,blood biochemistry,urine and histopathology of rats in the 3 dose groups of 20,10 and 5 g/kg compared with the control group(P>0.05).CONCLUSION:Under the conditions of this experiment,the vinegar turtle shell showed no acute toxicity or genetic toxicity.It belongs to the non-toxic food raw materials.
