种母鸡贮精能力的影响因素及其调控机制研究进展OA
Advances in the Factors Influencing Sperm Storage Capacity in Hens and Their Underlying Mechanisms
在现代种鸡生产中,种母鸡贮精能力是影响种蛋受精率和孵化率的关键因素,直接关系到种鸡繁殖效率的提升.贮精腺是禽类特有的贮精器官,筛选贮精能力优良的种母鸡并改良母鸡贮精性状,可有效降低种蛋生产过程中人工授精频率、延长输精间隔,提高种公鸡使用效率,同时减少母鸡对人工授精产生的应激反应,增加生产效益.本文综述了种母鸡贮精腺的组织结构、贮精能力的影响因素及其作用机理的最新研究进展,以期为改善种母鸡繁殖性能、提升种鸡繁殖效率提供参考.
In modern breeder production,the sperm storage capacity of hens is one of the key factors affecting egg fertility and hatchability and is crucial for improving reproductive efficiency.The sperm storage tubules(SSTs)are avian-specific organs for storing sperm.Enhancing the sperm storage capacity of hens can reduce the frequency of artificial insemination,extend the insemination interval,and improve the utilization efficiency of roosters.This review article summarizes recent advances in the structural characteristics of SSTs,the factors influencing sperm storage capacity,and their underlying mechanisms,to provide a reference for improving the reproductive performance of hens and enhancing the reproductive efficiency of breeder flocks.
