Expert consensus on the rational application of β2 receptor agonists in children's respiratory diseases(2026)
β2受体激动剂是儿童呼吸系统疾病治疗的常用药物之一,在哮喘和其他喘息性疾病治疗中发挥重要作用.为推动该类药物的规范化使用,中华医学会儿科学分会呼吸学组等注册并组织多学科专家,遵循《中国制订/修订临床诊疗指南的指导原则(2022版)》,共同制订了《β 2受体激动剂在儿童呼吸系统疾病中合理应用专家共识(2026)》.共识复习药理学知识,并从合理用药的"5R"原则提出8个临床问题和18条推荐意见,以期指导各级医疗机构的儿科医师、全科医师以及临床药师等在儿童呼吸系统疾病中合理使用β2受体激动剂.
β2 receptor agonists are one of the commonly used drugs for treating respiratory diseases in children,playing a significant role in the treatment of asthma and other wheezing disorders.To promote their standardized use,the Respiratory Group of the Pediatric Branch of the Chinese Medical Association,together with multidisciplinary experts,developed the"Expert Consensus on the Rational Application of β2 Receptor Agonists in Children's Respiratory Diseases(2026)"in accordance with the"Guidelines for Formulating and Revising Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines in China(2022 edition)".This consensus reviews the pharmacological knowledge and proposes 8 clinical questions and 18 recommendations based on the"5R"framework of rational drug use,aiming to guide pediatricians,general practitioners,and clinical pharmacists at all levels in medical institutions to use β 2 receptor agonists rationally in children's respiratory diseases.
