切开引流内口缝合保留括约肌术治疗肛周脓肿的临床研究OA

Objective To investigate the efficacy of incision and drainage with purse-string suture of internal opening and preservation of internal and external sphincters in the treatment of perianal abscess.Methods A total of 90 patients with perianal abscess admitted to our hospital from January 2024 to March 2024 were ran-domly divided into the observation group,the incision group and the radical group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with incision and drainage with purse-string suture of internal opening and preservation of internal and external sphincters.The incision group was treated with incision and drainage alone.The radical group was treated with one-time radical surgery.The curative effect,anal function and inci-dence of anal fistula formation were compared among the three groups.Results There was no significant dif-ference in the cure rate between the observation group and the radical group(P>0.05),and both were supe-rior to the incision group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in anal function score between the observation group and the incision group(P>0.05),and both were better than the radical group(P<0.05).In terms of anal fistula formation and recurrence,no significant difference was found between the observation group and the radical group(P>0.05),and both were better than the incision group(P<0.05).Conclu-sion Incision and drainage with purse-string suture of internal opening and sphincter preservation has definite clinical efficacy in the treatment of perianal abscess.It can better protect anal function,reduce postoperative anal fistula formation and lower recurrence rate,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
