通络药线灸联合提肛运动用于湿热下注型痔术后疗效的临床研究OA

Objective To investigate the intervention effects of collateral-dredging medicated thread moxi-bustion combined with anal lifting exercise on postoperative pain,wound healing and quality of life(QOL)in patients with hemorrhoids of damp-heat type.Methods A total of 100 postoperative patients with mixed hemorrhoids of damp-heat type admitted to our hospital from February 2024 to February 2025 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine postoperative nursing,while the observation group was additionally treated with collateral-dredging medicated thread moxibustion and anal lifting exercise.Visual analogue scale(VAS),wound healing indicators,QOL and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The VAS scores of the observation group on the 3rd and 7th days after operation were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.01).The first defecation time and the first time to get out of bed were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.01).The edema regression rate and wound epithelial coverage rate on the 7th day after operation were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.01).The QOL score was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).The length of hospital stay and hospital cost were also better than those in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Collateral-dredging medicated thread moxibustion combined with anal lifting exercise can effectively relieve postoperative pain,accelerate wound repair and reduce postop-erative complications through triple mechanisms of anti-inflammation,healing promotion and neural regulation,with significant clinical efficacy.
