超声波熏洗结合提肛训练对混合痔术后患者肛门功能及预后的影响OA
Effects of Ultrasonic Fumigation and Washing Combined with Anal Lifting Exercise on Anal Function and Prognosis in Patients After Mixed Hemorrhoid Surgery
目的:观察超声波熏洗联合提肛训练对混合痔术后患者疼痛程度和肛门功能的影响,为优化术后辅助干预策略提供循证医学依据.方法:选取2022年5月至2025年5月,我院收治的82例混合痔术后患者,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各41例.对照组术后给予常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上联合超声波熏洗与提肛训练,对比两组术后康复指标、肛门功能及疼痛程度等情况.结果:干预后,观察组便后出血持续时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),上皮生长时间、水肿消退时间及切口愈合时间均早于对照组(P<0.05).观察组术后1 d、3 d和5 d的疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05),术后2 d和5 d的创面水肿评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).观察组基础肛管静息压及最大自主收缩压均高于对照组(P<0.05),收缩状态下的肛管长度长于对照组(P<0.05).结论:混合痔术后患者在一般护理基础上,联合超声波熏洗及提肛训练两种辅助干预手段,可缩短康复进程,改善创面水肿,加速肛门功能恢复,降低疼痛程度及并发症发生风险,值得临床推广应用.
Objective To observe the effects of ultrasonic fumigation and washing combined with anal lift-ing exercise on pain degree and anal function in patients after mixed hemorrhoid surgery,so as to provide evidence-based medical support for optimizing postoperative adjuvant intervention strategies.Methods A total of 82 postoperative patients with mixed hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to May 2025 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 41 cases in each group.The control group received routine postoperative nursing intervention,while the observation group was given ultrasonic fumigation and washing combined with anal lifting exercise on the basis of the control group.Postoperative rehabilitation indicators,anal function and pain degree were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the duration of bleeding after defecation and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Epithelial growth time,edema regression time and incision healing time were earlier than those in the control group(P<0.05).Pain scores on the 1st,3rd and 5th days after operation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Wound edema scores on the 2nd and 5th days after operation were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The baseline anal resting pressure and maximum voluntary contraction pressure in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the anal canal length under contraction was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of routine nursing,combined applica-tion of ultrasonic fumigation and washing and anal lifting exercise in patients after mixed hemorrhoid surgery can shorten the rehabilitation process,relieve wound edema,accelerate the recovery of anal function,reduce pain and the risk of complications,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
