自拟中药经验方防治湿热下注型混合痔术后并发症的疗效观察OA

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of oral administration of self-formulated empirical Chinese medicinal prescription in preventing and treating postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids of damp-heat pattern.Methods A total of 200 postoperative patients with mixed hemorrhoids of damp-heat pattern admitted to the Department of Coloproctology of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Tongren People's Hos-pital from January 2020 to December 2022 were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,with 100 cases in each group.The treatment group received oral self-formulated empirical Chinese medicinal prescription after operation,while the control group was treated with cephalosporin antibiotics postoperatively.Indicators including clinical efficacy,postoperative complications and safety were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in clinical efficacy,inci-sion infection,skin edge edema and pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).The incision healing time was(13.5±0.42)days in the treatment group and(13.7±0.44)days in the control group,with no statisti-cally significant difference between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Oral administration of self-formulated empirical Chinese medicinal prescription after mixed hemorrhoid surgery can effectively relieve symptoms such as incision infection,pain and edema with satisfactory clinical efficacy,and reduce the application of antibiotics.
