外剥联合内痔套扎术治疗重度混合痔的疗效及安全性研究OA

Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of external dissection combined with internal hemorrhoid ligation in the treatment of severe mixed hemorrhoids.Methods A total of 188 patients with severe mixed hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital from January 2022 to January 2025 were selected and ran-domly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 94 cases in each group.The observation group received external dissection combined with internal hemorrhoid ligation,while the control group was treated with Milligan-Morgan hemorrhoidectomy(MMH).Postoperative pain intensity,surgical indicators,anal function and safety were compared between the two groups.Results The cure rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay,operation duration and wound healing time were shorter,and intraoperative blood loss was less in the observation group(all P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The pain scores on the 1st,7th and 14th days after surgery in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Three months after treatment,the anal Wexner score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with MMH,external dissection combined with internal hemorrhoid ligation achieves superior clinical efficacy for severe mixed hemorrhoids,relieves postoperative pain and reduces complications,and has good clinical application value.
