基于数据挖掘探索中药治疗肛门坠胀的用药规律OA

Objective To explore the medication regularities of Chinese medicinals in the treatment of anal distension based on data mining.Methods Literature concerning traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treat-ment of anal distension published from January 2010 to December 2025 were retrieved from databases including Wanfang,VIP and CNKI.Excel database was established to record the frequency,category,property,flavor and meridian tropism of Chinese medicinals contained in Chinese formulas for frequency statistics.SPSS Mod-eler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 26.0 were used for cluster analysis and association rule analysis.Results A total of 51 eligible literature,58 Chinese formulas and 119 Chinese medicinals with a total medication frequency of 672 times were included.The most frequently used Chinese medicinals were Chaihu(Bupleuri Radix),Gan-cao(Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma),Baizhu(Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma),Danggui(Angelicae Sinensis Radix)and Huangqi(Astragali Radix).The major medicinal categories were tonic medicinals,heat-clearing medicinals,blood-activating and stasis-resolving medicinals,exopathogen-releasing medicinals and qi-regulating medicinals.Most medicinals were warm in property and sweet in flavor,with spleen,liver and stom-ach meridians as the primary meridian tropism.Eight association rules were extracted,and the cluster analysis yielded 6 categories,involving Buzhong Yiqi Decoction and Zhitong Rushen Decoction,etc.Conclusion The basic therapeutic principles of Chinese medicinals in treatment of anal distension are tonifying qi and lifting sinking,regulating qi and activating blood,clearing and draining damp-heat,assisted by exopathogen-releasing and wind-expelling medicinals.
