扶正消癌汤联合贝伐珠单抗对结直肠癌化疗患者中医证候积分及免疫功能的影响OA

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Fuzheng Xiao'ai Decoction combined with beva-cizumab in the treatment of colorectal cancer(CRC)patients undergoing chemotherapy.Methods A total of 86 CRC patients receiving chemotherapy admitted to our hospital from March 2022 to March 2024 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by random number table method,with 43 cases in each group.Both groups received CAPEOX chemotherapy regimen.The control group(43 cases)was additionally given bevacizumab,while the observation group was treated with Fuzheng Xiao'ai Decoction on the basis of the control group.One chemotherapy cycle lasted 3 weeks,and both groups were treated con-tinuously for 6 cycles.The efficacy,immune function,serum tumor markers,syndrome scores of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and safety were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(90.70%vs 72.09%,P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of CD8+,carbohydrate antigen(CA)125,carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),CA199 and syndrome scores of TCM in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while CD4+/CD8+ratio and CD4+were higher(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Fuzheng Xiao'ai Decoction combined with bevacizumab has definite efficacy in the treatment of CRC patients undergoing chemotherapy.It can regulate immune function,reduce serum levels of CA125,CEA and CA199,decrease adverse reactions,with high clinical practical value.
