皮带助卷器抱臂导辊主轴断裂故障的分析OA
Analysis of Fracture Failure of Guide Roller Spindle in Belt Winder Arm
针对某精整机组皮带助卷器抱臂导辊主轴频繁发生的断裂故障,通过故障现场勘查、断口分析、结构校核及设计合理性验证等方法,明确了主轴断裂的根本原因是轴承内圈卡簧槽设计导致的应力集中缺陷,在循环载荷作用下引发疲劳断裂.基于故障分析结果,提出取消非必要卡簧槽、优化轴头结构的改进方案,并通过强度仿真验证和现场应用测试,验证了改进方案的有效性.改进后主轴使用寿命从原设计的6-8 个月预计延长至24 个月以上,机组停机时间减少95%.该改进思路可为同类冷轧精整设备的结构优化提供参考.
Aiming at the frequent fracture failure of the guide roller spindle in the belt winder arm of one fin-ishing mill unit,the root cause of the spindle fracture was identified through on-site investigation,fracture anal-ysis,structural verification and design rationality validation.The stress concentration caused by the design of the bearing inner ring circlip groove led to fatigue fracture under cyclic load.Based on the failure analysis results,an improvement scheme was proposed to cancel the unnecessary circlip groove and optimize the spindle head struc-ture.The effectiveness of the improvement scheme was verified by strength simulation and on-site application test.After improvement,the service life of the spindle was extended from 6-8 months to more than 24 months,the unit downtime was reduced by 95%.This improvement idea can provide reference for the structural optimiza-tion of similar cold rolling finishing equipment.
