介绍了武钢有限重轨生产线热轧工艺润滑系统的设计思路和应用效果.使用工艺润滑后,单套辊过钢量增加38.8%,且轧辊孔壁光滑磨损量小,实现节能降耗,同时改善重轨表面质量;该系统结合型钢的异性断面,采用合理的结构设计方案,实现轧辊均匀磨损.

The design concept and application effect of the lubrication system for the hot rolling process of the heavy rail production line at Wuhan Iron and Steel Corporation were introduced.After using process lubrica-tion,the amount of steel passing through a single set of rollers increased by 38.8%and the smooth and low wear of the roller hole wall achieved energy saving and consumption reduction,while improving the surface quality of the heavy rail;The system combines the anisotropic cross-section of the steel and adopts a reasonable structural design scheme to achieve uniform wear of the rolling mill roll.
