某车型加装非标准尾喉对整车热管理的影响OA
An Experimental Study on the Impact of Retrofit Non-Standard Tailpipes on Automotive Thermal Management
针对某车型因加装非标准尾喉导致后保险杠熔损的典型案例,采用控制变量法开展实车道路测试,定量分析非标准尾喉对整车局部热管理的影响.结果表明:加装非标准尾喉后,关键测点温度由67℃升至117℃,升幅达74.6%,远超周边材料耐热极限.从传热学与流体力学角度剖析其机理,指出非标准件破坏了原车排气系统流场与热平衡.文章为售后改装热安全管控提供了实证依据.
This study investigates a typical case of rear bumper melting caused by retrofitting a non-stand-ard exhaust tail tip on a production vehicle.Using the control variable method,real-vehicle road tests were conducted to quantitatively analyze the impact of the non-standard tail tip on local thermal management of the whole vehicle.The results show that after installation,the temperature at critical measurement points increases from 67℃to 117℃,representing a rise of 74.6%—far exceeding the heat resistance limit of the surrounding materials.From the perspectives of heat transfer and fluid mechanics,the mechanism analysis reveals that the non-standard component disrupts the original flow field and thermal balance of the vehicle's exhaust system.This study provides an empirical basis for thermal safety control in aftermarket vehicle modifications.
