长距离含分支的有压输水管线中,易发生水锤现象,影响工程的安全运行.以湖北省内某长距离含支线的有压输水工程作为研究对象,通过特征线法,对其进行事故停泵工况的数值模拟,研究泵后阀门的关闭规律和空气罐的参数对水锤压力的影响.结果表明,在无空气罐时,阀门两阶段关闭较线性关闭对水锤防护更有利;在设置空气罐后,阀门线性关闭和两阶段关闭对水锤防护差别不显著.提出了兼具经济性和安全性的水锤防护措施,可为同类型的水锤防护提供参考.

Water hammer in long-distance branched pressurized water transmission pipelines poses a signifi-cant threat to the safe operation of engineering projects.This study takes a long-distance branched pressurized water conveyance project in Hubei Province as the research object and employs the method of characteristics to perform numerical simulations under pump emergency shutdown conditions.The influences of the valve closing law behind the pump and the parameters of the air chamber on water hammer pressure are systematically investi-gated.The results indicate that,in the absence of an air chamber,two-stage valve closing provides superior water hammer protection compared to linear closing.However,once an air chamber is installed,the difference in water hammer mitigation performance between linear and two-stage closing becomes negligible.Based on these findings,a water hammer protection scheme that balances optimal economic efficiency with operational safety is proposed for this project.The results can serve as a reference for water hammer protection in similar en-gineering applications.
