Development and Application of New Fastening System for Mixed Passenger and Freight Railways
[目的]客货共线铁路是一种兼运旅客和货物的铁路形式,其轨道结构需同时满足客货运需求.经现场调研,传统的客货共线铁路扣件存在钢轨空吊、挡肩离缝、螺栓弹条折断、金属件锈蚀等病害,无法满足货运铁路对轨道强度和客运铁路对乘坐舒适性的要求,并存在一定的安全隐患,因此需针对性研发新型扣件系统.[方法]结合既有客货共线铁路对扣件性能的要求及接口条件,新型扣件采用弹性分开式直列式结构,设置双向限位挡肩.首先建立动静力学有限元模型并进行理论分析;然后进行组装疲劳、组装静刚度、绝缘电阻等扣件性能检验,并进行钢套管后锚固抗拔力检验;最后选取客货共线铁路隧道内无砟轨道地段进行新型扣件铺设及测试.[结果]分析结果表明,扣件主要零部件及支承块挡肩强度、钢轨垂横向位移及各项动力学参数均满足要求;各项厂内试验结果均达到预期效果并有合理的安全储备,套管锚固后 0.5 h 抗拔力可达 60 kN,满足当日列车荷载要求,2 h 后可达100 kN,满足远期列车荷载要求;试验段范围内 TQI 由 13.05 降至 11.10,钢轨横向位移由 1.2 mm 降至 0.5 mm.[结论]测试结果表明,新型扣件铺设地段轨道几何状态及动力性能均有明显提升,具有良好的推广应用价值.
[Objective]Mixed passenger and freight railways carry both passengers and freight,and their track structures must simultaneously meet the requirements of both passenger and freight transportation.Field investigations show that conventional fastenings on mixed passenger and freight railways suffer from defects such as rail suspension,shoulder gaps,fracture of bolts and elastic clips,and corrosion of metal components.These deficiencies fail to meet the requirements of freight railways for track strength and passenger railways for ride comfort and also pose certain safety hazards.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a targeted new fastening system.[Methods]Based on the performance requirements and interface conditions of existing mixed passenger and freight railways,the new fastening system adopted an elastically separated in-line structure with bidirectional limiting shoulders.First,static and dynamic finite element models were established for theoretical analysis.Then,fastening performance tests,including assembly fatigue,assembly static stiffness,and insulation resistance,were carried out,and pull-out resistance tests of post-anchored steel sleeves were also conducted.Finally,a ballastless track section inside a tunnel on a mixed passenger and freight railway was selected for installation and testing of the new fastening system.[Results]The theoretical results showed that the strength of the main fastening components and the support-block shoulders,as well as rail vertical and lateral displacements and various dynamic parameters,all met the requirements.All factory test results achieved the expected performance with reasonable safety margins.The pull-out resistance of the anchored sleeve reached 60 kN after 0.5 hours,meeting the train load requirement on the day of construction,and reached 100 kN after 2 hours,meeting the long-term train load requirement.In the test section,TQI decreased from 13.05 to 11.10,and the rail lateral displacement decreased from 1.2 mm to 0.5 mm.[Conclusion]The test results show that both the track geometric condition and dynamic performance are significantly improved in the section installed with the new fastening system,indicating good prospects for application and promotion.
