[目的]随着我国高铁网络进入存量发展阶段,大量既有客站面临升级改造与正常运营并行的迫切需求,亟需探索在既有改造约束下的站城融合建筑设计路径.[方法]研究以苏州北站为典型案例,基于其 80.16 万 m2 扩建规模及新老站房结合的工程场景,以"轨道织网、站城共生"为核心理念,围绕流线组织与空间重构两大主题开展设计实践.[结果]在流线层面,引入 5m 出站换乘层,重构传统高架站"上进下出"线性模式,构建便捷立体换乘体系;串联空中步道、地面连廊与地下空间为主体的多维度步行网络;形成"三网融合、快慢分离"的车行系统,实现人本化高效通达.在空间层面,借鉴苏州园林的空间美学营造核心空间,"南光谷"以空间织补策略引入垂直换乘大厅缝合新老站房;"北光谷"以半室外策略实现交通与城市属性叠合;既有站房采用"分期改造、动态织补"策略释放地面层空间归还城市;通过差异化的空间尺度和场景塑造,形成丰富的空间叙事体验.在实施保障层面,建立评估前置、功能腾挪、分期改造、动态监测的全周期保障体系,确保"边运营、边建设"条件下工程安全落地.[结论]研究提炼形成 3 项设计策略:以独立出站换乘层引入实现流线重构与地面空间释放、以核心节点锚定空间序列推动交通枢纽向城市公共生活节点转型、以全周期保障体系支撑边运营边建设安全落地;为同类型车站改造提供参考.

[Objective]As China's high-speed railway network enters the stock-based development stage,numerous existing passenger stations are facing the urgent demand for upgrading and renovation while maintaining normal operation.Therefore,it is imperative to explore architectural design paths for station-city integration under the renovation constraints of existing stations.[Methods]Taking Suzhou North Railway Station as a typical case,this study was based on its 801 600 m2 expansion scale and the engineering scenario of integrating new and existing station buildings.Guided by the core concept of"track weaving and station-city symbiosis,"the design practice focused on two major themes:circulation organization and spatial reconstruction.[Results]At the circulation level,a 5 m high exit and re-enter floor was introduced to reconstruct the conventional linear circulation mode of elevated stations characterized by upper-floor entry and lower-floor exit,constructing a convenient three-dimensional transfer system.Aerial walkways,ground corridors,and underground spaces were connected to form a multi-dimensional pedestrian network.A"three-network integration,fast-slow traffic separation"vehicle circulation system was formed to achieve human-oriented efficient accessibility.At the spatial level,core spaces were created drawing on the spatial aesthetics of Suzhou gardens.The"South Light Valley"employed a spatial weaving strategy to introduce a vertical transfer hall connecting new and existing station buildings,and the"North Light Valley"adopted a semi-outdoor strategy to integrate transportation and urban attributes.The existing station buildings employed a"phased renovation,dynamic weaving"strategy to release ground-level space back to the city.Through differentiated spatial scales and scene creation,a rich spatial narrative experience was formed.At the implementation support level,a full-cycle guarantee system integrating pre-assessment,functional relocation,phased renovation,and dynamic monitoring was established,ensuring safe project delivery under simultaneous operation and construction conditions.[Conclusion]Three design strategies are summarized:introducing an independent exit and re-entry floor to reconstruct circulation and release ground-level space,using core modes to anchor spatial sequences and promoting the transformation from transportation hubs to urban public living nodes,and establishing a full-cycle guarantee system to support safe delivery under simultaneous operation and construction conditions.These strategies provide a reference for the renovation of similar stations.
