基于决策思维链驱动和多智能体协同的防洪大模型构建与实践OA
Construction and practice of a Large Language Model for flood management based on decision-making chain-of-thought driving and multi-agent collaboration
针对流域防洪决策环节知识支撑能力薄弱、智能化水平偏低等问题,研究提出基于大语言模型技术构建衔接防洪调度业务流的决策思维链,打造多智能体协同的防洪大模型,为防洪调度决策提供智能技术支持.该方法紧扣防洪"预报-预警-预演-预案"业务逻辑,搭建水利防洪知识体系与调度决策思维链,融合知识库动态组合机制与多智能体协同技术,实现复杂防洪任务的高效拆解与精准解答,并以2020年长江流域防洪业务场景进行实验和验证.结果表明,该方法构建的智能体,在防洪业务问答的逻辑性与专业性、分析计算流程的准确性及决策可解释性等方面,均显著优于现有通用大模型方法,能够有效增强大模型在防洪业务中的知识准确性与决策可靠性,为水利防洪决策支持智能化发展提供了可行的技术路径与理论参考.
To address the the issues of weak knowledge support capabilities and low intelligence level in decision-making processes for flood management of river basins,this paper proposes a decision-making Chain-of-Thought(CoT)framework aligning with the operational workflows of flood management based on Large Language Model(LLM)technology.A multi-agent collaborative flood management model is developed to provide intelligent technical support for decision making on flood scheduling.The method closely follows the information logic of"forecasting-early warning-scenario analysis-plan making"for flood management,to build a flood management knowledge system and the CoT of decision-making for flood scheduling.It integrates a dynamic knowledge-based combination mecha-nism and multi-agent collaborative technology to achieve efficient decomposition and accurate solutions for complex flood management tasks.Experiments and verification were conducted using the 2020 Changjiang River basin flood control operational scenario.The results show that the agents constructed using this method significantly outperforms existing generic LLMs in terms of the logicality and professionalism of responses to flood management business que-ries,the accuracy of analysis and calculation processes,and the interpretability of decisions.This effectively enhances the knowledge accuracy and decision-making reliability of LLMs in flood management,providing a feasible technical path and theoretical reference for the development of intelligent decision support capability on flood manage-ment.
