外消旋聚乳酸可吸收隔离膜的静电纺丝工艺及性能研究OA
Electrospinning process and performance study of poly(D,L-lactic acid)absorbable barrier membranes
为探索外消旋聚乳酸(PDLLA)在组织修复中的应用潜力,本研究以 PDLLA 为基材,采用三氯甲烷和二甲基甲酰胺(CF/DMF)复配溶剂,制备了静电纺丝前驱液;再通过静电纺丝工艺,制备了 PDLLA 可吸收隔离膜.该膜的最可几孔径为1.08 μm,孔隙率为 64.6%,此孔结构可为营养物质传递及代谢产物排出提供适宜通道.力学测试结果显示,其拉伸强度可达7.09 MPa,断裂伸长率为 129%,撕裂力为 4.39 N,可满足组织隔离膜的临床力学应用要求;体外降解试验证实,该膜在 3 个月降解周期内仍能维持稳定的力学性能,可保障组织隔离功能的持续有效发挥.本研究可为 PDLLA 可吸收隔离膜的临床转化提供依据.
To explore the potential application of poly(D,L-lactic acid)(PDLLA)in tissue repair,we used PDLLA as the sub-strate material and prepared the precursor solution by mixing chloroform and N,N-dimethylformamide(CF/DMF)as the solvent.PDL-LA absorbable barrier membranes were fabricated via the electrospinning process.The membrane exhibited a most probable pore size of 1.08 μm and porosity of 64.6%,which could provide appropriate channels for the transport of nutrients and excretion of metabolites.Mechanical test results showed that the membrane had a tensile strength of up to 7.09 MPa,elongation at break of 129%,and tearing force of 4.39 N,which could meet the mechanical requirements for tissue barrier membranes.In vitro degradation experiments con-firmed that the PDLLA membrane could maintain stable mechanical properties within a 3-month degradation period,ensuring the sus-tained and effective performance of the tissue isolation function.This study can provide a basis for the clinical application of PDLLA ab-sorbable isolation membranes.
