基于压电效应的闭眼状态眼动检测系统设计OA
Design of an eye movement detection system based piezoelectric effect during closed-eye state
现有眼动检测方法主要针对睁眼状态,在闭眼场景中的研究较少.本研究设计并制作了一种基于压电效应的眼动检测系统.首先,该系统通过聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)压电薄膜,检测眼动引起的眼睑皮肤表面压力变化;然后,对压电信号进行放大、滤波等处理,并利用滑动窗口提取信号特征;最后,采用随机森林、多层感知机等回归模型预测眼动频率.结果表明,该系统可实现从传感器输入到监测显示界面输出的完整流程.本研究可实现眼动频率的实时检测,且具有模块化可调节的优点,适用于神经外科术中监测等闭眼应用场景.
Existing eye movement detection methods mainly focus on the open-eye state,but there are few studies on the closed-eye scenarios.We designed and developed an eye movement detection system based on the piezoelectric effect.Firstly,the system used polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)piezoelectric film to detect pressure changes on the eyelid skin surface caused by eye movements.Then,the piezoelectric signal was amplified and filtered,and the signal features were extracted by using sliding window.Finally,re-gression models such as random forest and multilayer perceptron were employed to predict eye movement frequency.The results showed that the system had achieved a complete workflow from sensor input to monitoring display interface output.This research enables real-time eye movement frequency detection and offers the advantages of modularization and adjustability.It is suitable for closed-eye appli-cation scenarios like intraoperative monitoring in neurosurgery.
