Research of key permeability enhancement technology by high-pressure jet helical slotting

针对高地应力、低透气性煤层瓦斯抽采效率低的难题,以新建重庆至昆明高速铁路昭通隧道为工程背景,提出一种高压射流螺旋割缝技术.通过理论分析阐述了该技术的割缝原理及割缝参数,运用数值模拟方法揭示了高压射流螺旋割缝技术的煤体损伤与渗流演化规律,探究了螺旋割缝参数对煤层卸压的影响,并结合工程实际开展了现场试验.研究结果表明:高压射流螺旋割缝技术在煤体中构造的多级螺纹结构能有效分散和传递应力,瓦斯抽采半径达 2.6 m,是普通钻孔的 6.5 倍、水力割缝的 1.37 倍;割缝参数中,割缝螺距对煤层应力卸压和渗透性改善影响显著,螺距越小,煤层应力曲线的波动幅度越小,应力削弱区越密集,且煤层近端应力大幅削弱,远端煤体卸压更加充分.现场应用中,高压射流螺旋割缝钻孔的瓦斯抽采体积分数为68.83%~87.35%,是普通钻孔的 2.24 倍、水力割缝的 1.26 倍;瓦斯抽采纯量为 0.058~0.123 m3/min,是普通钻孔的 3.32 倍、水力割缝的 1.32 倍.

To address the problem of low gas drainage efficiency in high-in-situ-stress and low-permeability coal seams,a high-pres-sure jet helical slotting technology was proposed based on the engineering background of the Zhaotong Tunnel on the newly built Chongqing-Kunming high-speed railway.The slotting mechanism and parameters of this technology were expounded through theor-etical analysis.Numerical simulation was used to reveal the coal mass damage and seepage evolution laws of the high-pressure jet helical slotting technology,and the influences of helical slotting parameters on coal seam pressure relief were investigated.Field tests were carried out in combination with engineering practice.The results show that the multi-stage helical structure formed in coal by high-pressure jet helical slotting can effectively disperse and transfer stress.The gas drainage radius reaches 2.6 m,which is 6.5 times that of conventional boreholes and 1.37 times that of hydraulic slotting.Among the slotting parameters,the slotting pitch exerts a sig-nificant influence on in-situ stress relief and permeability improvement of coal seams.A smaller pitch leads to a smaller fluctuation amplitude of the coal seam stress curve and a denser stress-weakened zone,resulting in a significant stress reduction in the near-field coal mass and more sufficient pressure relief in the far-field coal mass.In field application,the gas volume fraction drained by high-pressure jet helical slotting ranges from 68.83%to 87.35%,which is 2.24 times that of conventional boreholes and 1.26 times that of hydraulic slotting,respectively.The net gas drainage rate is 0.058-0.123 m3/min,equivalent to 3.32 times that of conventional bore-holes and 1.32 times that of hydraulic slotting,respectively.
