[目的]明确高浓度氯虫苯甲酰胺通过"带药移栽"技术在苗期甜玉米苗叶片中的残留分布和对草地贪夜蛾Spodoptera frugiperda的杀虫效果.[方法]采用常规喷雾模拟"带药移栽"处理,分别在施用氯虫苯甲酰胺后3,7,14和21 d时采集甜玉米植株上、中和下部叶片,利用液相色谱-串联质谱(liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry,LC-MS/MS)测定药剂在植株不同部位叶片中的残留动态;在此基础上,通过浸叶法建立草地贪夜蛾室内敏感种群对氯虫苯甲酰胺残留量的敏感基线,并采用离体叶片饲喂法测定了叶片中氯虫苯甲酰胺残留对草地贪夜蛾田间种群F1代幼虫的毒杀效果,从而建立氯虫苯甲酰胺残留量与幼虫校正死亡率的相关性.分别于2024年8月和2025年3月在广西南宁开展田间小区试验,通过全田直接观察法调查氯虫苯甲酰胺带药移栽后玉米被害株率并计算施用后不同时间氯虫苯甲酰胺对草地贪夜蛾的防治效果,评价该技术的实际防控效能.[结果]氯虫苯甲酰胺在甜玉米苗不同叶位间呈现下部叶片中残留量高、上部叶片中残留量低的分布特征.施药后3-21 d时,下部玉米叶片中氯虫苯甲酰胺有效成分残留量维持在19.97-364.76 mg/kg;上部玉米叶片中氯虫苯甲酰胺有效成分残留量在施药后21 d时降至0.06 mg/kg.氯虫苯甲酰胺对草地贪夜蛾室内敏感种群初孵幼虫48 h内的LC50值为0.102 mg/L,对3龄幼虫72 h内的LC50值为0.298 mg/L;施药后21 d时,玉米叶片中氯虫苯甲酰胺残留仍对草地贪夜蛾田间种群F1代幼虫具有较高的毒杀效果.通过斯皮尔曼秩相关分析发现,玉米叶片中氯虫苯甲酰胺有效成分残留量与草地贪夜蛾田间种群初孵幼虫和3龄幼虫校正死亡率均呈极显著正相关(初孵幼虫:rs=0.84,P<0.0001,n=36;3 龄幼虫:rs=0.92,P<0.0001,n=36),玉米叶片中氯虫苯甲酰胺有效成分残留量分别为16.60和117.49 mg/kg时引起草地贪夜蛾初孵幼虫和3龄幼虫100%死亡.田间试验结果表明,1 650 mg/L氯虫苯甲酰胺"带药移栽"处理在春季施药后23 d时玉米被害株率为5.67%,与对照(32.92%)差异极显著,氯虫苯甲酰胺对草地贪夜蛾表现出优异的防治效果(82.59%);而秋季在施药后23 d时玉米被害株率为59.83%,此时氯虫苯甲酰胺对草地贪夜蛾的防治效果仅为17.75%,防治效果低于春季.[结论]本研究通过高浓度氯虫苯甲酰胺"带药移栽"技术处理,量化了氯虫苯甲酰胺在甜玉米叶片中的残留分布;玉米叶片中氯虫苯甲酰胺有效成分残留量与草地贪夜蛾幼虫死亡率呈正相关关系;该技术在春季甜玉米苗期的持效期及防控效能较好.

[Aim]To clarify the residue distribution of high-concentration chlorantraniliprole in leaves of sweet corn seedlings at the transplanting stage using the"insecticide-treated seedling transplanting"technique and its insecticidal efficacy against the fall armyworm,Spodoptera frugiperda.[Methods]This study simulated the"insecticide-treated seedling transplanting"treatment by conventional spraying.The leaves from the upper,middle and lower parts of sweet corn plants were collected at 3,7,14 and 21 d after application.The residue dynamics of chlorantraniliprole at different leaf positions were determined using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS).On this basis,the susceptible baseline of the laboratory susceptible population of S.frugiperda to chlorantraniliprole residue was established using the leaf-dip method,and the insecticidal efficacy of chlorantraniliprole residues in leaves against the F,larvae of the field population of S.frugiperda was assessed using in vitro leaf feeding method,thereby establishing the correlation between chlorantraniliprole residues and corrected larval mortality.Field plot trials were conducted in Nanning,Guangxi,southern China in August 2024 and March 2025,the proportion of damaged corn plants was investigated using the whole-field direct observation method,and the control efficacy of chlorantraniliprole against S.frugiperda at different time after application was calculated to evaluate the practical effectiveness of this technique.[Results]Chlorantraniliprole residues in sweet corn leaves at different positions displayed a clear distribution pattern,with higher residues in lower leaves and lower residues in upper leaves of sweet corn seedlings.From 3 to 21 d after application,the residues of the active ingredient of chlorantraniliprole in lower corn leaves remained between 19.97 and 364.76 mg/kg,while that in upper com leaves decreased to 0.06 mg/kg at 21 d after application.The LC50 value of chlorantraniliprole against the neonate larvae of the laboratory susceptible population of S.frugiperda in 48 h was 0.102 mg/L,and that against the 3rd instar larvae in 72 h was 0.298 mg/L.At 21 d after application,chlorantraniliprole residues in corn leaves still exhibited high insecticidal efficacy against the F1 larvae of the field population of S.frugiperda.Spearman's rank correlation analysis indicated that the residues of the active ingredient of chlorantraniliprole in corn leaves showed extremely significantly positive correlations with the corrected mortality rates of both the neonate and 3rd instar larvae of the field population of S.frugiperda(neonate larvae:rs=0.84,P<0.0001,n=36;3rd instar larvae:rs=0.92,P<0.0001,n=36).The residues of the active ingredient of chlorantraniliprole in corn leaves causing 100%mortality to the neonate and 3rd instar larvae of S.frugiperda were 16.60 and 117.49 mg/kg,respectively.Field trial results showed that at 23 d after"insecticide-treated seedling transplanting"treatment with 1 650 mg/L chlorantraniliprole in spring,the proportion of damaged corn plants was 5.67%,exhibiting extremely significant difference from that of the control(32.92%),and chlorantraniliprole showed excellent control efficacy against S.frugiperda(82.95%).In autumn,however,the proportion of damaged corn plants at 23 d after application was 59.83%,and chlorantraniliprole showed the control efficacy of only 17.75%against S.frugiperda,which was lower than that in spring.[Conclusion]This study quantified the residue distribution of chlorantraniliprole in sweet corn leaves after treatment with the high-concentration chlorantraniliprole by"insecticide-treated seedling transplanting"technique.A positive correlation was observed between the residues of the active ingredient of chlorantraniliprole in corn leaves and the larval mortality of S.frugiperda.The technique demonstrated a satisfactory persistence period and effectiveness during the spring sweet corn seedling stage.
