High-precision Numerical Simulation Research of Electromechanical Coupling of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors

随着永磁同步电机(Permanent magnet synchronous motor,PMSM)对高性能设计与精确建模需求的不断提升,传统有限元方法(Finite element method,FEM)在处理复杂几何结构和非线性材料特性时,逐渐暴露出计算精度不足与效率受限的问题.为解决这一问题,提出一种基于边的光滑有限元方法(Edge-based smoothed finite element method,ES-FEM),并开发 MATLAB/Simulink-ES-FEM 的耦合仿真平台,实现永磁同步电机电磁场和机电耦合问题的高精度数值仿真.通过系统推导 ES-FEM 在电磁场计算中的数学模型与实现方法,并与传统一阶 FEM 及二阶 FEM 在精度和效率方面进行对比分析,仿真结果表明:在相同网格密度下,ES-FEM 能够提供更高的数值计算精度和更快的收敛速度,尤其适用于非线性磁性材料与机械-电磁耦合系统的精确建模.本文的研究为永磁同步电机的仿真优化提供了有效的数值工具,并展示了 ES-FEM 在电磁工程中的应用潜力.

With the continuously increasing demand for high-performance design and accurate modeling of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM),the traditional finite element method(FEM)has gradually exposed issues of insufficient calculation accuracy and limited efficiency when dealing with complex geometric structures and nonlinear material properties.To address this issue,an edge-based smoothed finite element method(ES-FEM)is proposed and a coupled simulation platform of MATLAB/Simulink-ES-FEM is developed,achieving high-precision numerical simulation of the electromagnetic field and electromechanical coupling problems of permanent magnet synchronous motors.By systematically deriving the model and implementation method of ES-FEM in electromagnetic field calculation,and conducting a comparative analysis with traditional first-order FEM and second-order FEM in terms of accuracy and efficiency,the simulation results show that under the same mesh density,ES-FEM can provide higher calculation accuracy and faster convergence speed,and is particularly suitable for accurately modeling the nonlinear magnetic materials and mechanical-electromagnetic coupling systems.The present research provides an effective numerical tool for simulating and optimizing the permanent magnet synchronous motor,and demonstrates the application potential of ES-FEM in electromagnetic engineering.
