脑耐力训练(BET)通过在体能训练中嵌入认知负荷,利用双重负荷对大脑功能与结构的协同适应,提升运动表现并增强抗脑力疲劳能力.该文系统梳理了BET的概念演进与训练形式,总结其对有氧耐力、认知表现及专项技能的干预证据,归纳可能的中枢神经可塑性相关机制,并提出BET的训练策略与应用建议,旨在为不同人群和运动项目的训练方案设计与实践推广提供参考.
Brain endurance training(BET)can enhance athletic performance and resistance to mental fatigue by integrating cognitive load into physical training and leveraging the synergistic adaptations of these dual demands on brain function and structure.This review traces the evolution of conceptions and training modalities of BET,summarizes evidence for its effects on aerobic endurance,cognitive performance,and sport-specific skills,outlines potential mechanisms related to the plasticity of the central nervous system,and recommends training strategies in the hope of facilitating program design and real-world implementation across populations and sport disciplines.
