内镜中心护士职业价值感对职业倦怠的影响及情绪劳动的中介与调节作用OA
Impact of occupational value on burnout among endoscopy nurses:The mediating and moderating roles of emotional labor
目的:探讨内镜中心护士职业价值感对职业倦怠的影响,并分析情绪劳动在职业价值感与职业倦怠之间的中介与调节作用,为制定心理干预措施提供依据.方法:于2025年9-12月采用分层抽样的方法,选取河南省9所医院内镜中心372名护士进行问卷调查,回收有效问卷356份.使用一般资料调查表、护士职业价值感调查问卷、护士情绪劳动量表和中国职业倦怠量表(Chinese Maslach Burnout Inventory,CMBI)作为调查工具.Pearson相关分析检验变量间的相关性,再通过多重线性回归与分层回归逐步引入控制变量,验证核心变量的影响效应及模型解释力的变化;中介效应部分采用Bootstrap方法进行检验.结果:内镜中心护士职业价值感处于中等偏上水平(3.46±0.49).职业价值感与职业倦怠呈显著负相关(r=-0.482,P＜0.01),情绪劳动与职业倦怠呈正相关(r=0.437,P＜0.01).回归分析显示,职业价值感对职业倦怠负向预测作用(β=-0.28,P＜0.001),规范化情绪扮演(β=0.31,P＜0.001)和以患者为中心的情绪抑制(β=0.18,P＜0.01)对职业倦怠具有正向预测作用.调节分析表明,情绪劳动在职业价值感与职业倦怠之间存在显著调节效应(β=0.19,P＜0.001).中介分析显示,情绪劳动在职业价值感与职业倦怠之间发挥部分中介作用.结论:内镜中心护士职业价值感与职业倦怠密切相关,情绪劳动在其中发挥调节与中介作用.
Objective:To explore the impact of professional value perception on burnout among endoscopy center nurses,and to examine the mediating and moderating roles of emotional labor between professional value perception and burnout,so as to provide a basis for developing psychological intervention strategies.Methods:From September to December 2025,a stratified sampling method was used to select 372 nurses from endoscopy centers in nine hospi-tals in Henan Province,and 356 valid questionnaires were obtained.Data were collected using a general information questionnaire,the Nurse Professional Value Scale,the Nurse Emotional Labor Scale,and the Chinese Maslach Burn-out Inventory(CMBI).Pearson correlation analysis was conducted to examine the relationships among variables.Mul-tiple linear regression and hierarchical regression analyses were used to progressively introduce control variables and verify the effects of core variables and changes in model explanatory power.The mediating effect was tested using the Bootstrap method.Results:The level of professional value perception among endoscopy center nurses was above mod-erate(3.46±0.49).Professional value perception was significantly negatively correlated with burnout(r=-0.482,P＜0.01),while emotional labor was significantly positively correlated with burnout(r=0.437,P＜0.01).Regression a-nalysis showed that professional value perception had a significant negative predictive effect on burnout(β=-0.28,P＜0.001).Surface acting(β=0.31,P＜0.001)and patient-centered emotional suppression(β=0.18,P＜0.01)had significant positive predictive effects on burnout.Moderation analysis indicated that emotional labor had a significant moderating effect on the relationship between professional value perception and burnout(β=0.19,P＜0.001).Media-tion analysis further showed that emotional labor partially mediated this relationship.Conclusion:Professional value perception is closely associated with burnout among endoscopy center nurses,and emotional labor plays both media-ting and moderating roles in this relationship.
