女狱警社会支持对主观幸福感的影响:职业压力与职业认同的链式中介作用OA

Objective:To examine the relationships among social support,occupational stress,professional identity,and subjective well—being in female prison officers.Methods:A nationwide questionnaire survey was administered to 263 female prison officers.After the data were entered into SPSS 27.0,descriptive statistics,Pearson correlations,and multiple linear regressions were conducted.Mediating effects were tested with Hayes' PROCESS macro.Results:So-cial support and professional identity were significantly and positively correlated with subjective well-being(r=0.41,0.56;P＜0.001),whereas occupational stress was significantly and negatively correlated with subjective well-being(r=-0.47,P＜0.001).Mediation analyses showed that social support exerted a direct effect on subjective well-being(effect=0.18).Both occupational stress and professional identity independently mediated the association be-tween social support and subjective well-being(indirect effects=0.05 and 0.08,respectively).In addition,the two variables formed a serial mediation pathway(indirect effect=0.04).Conclusion:Social support has a predictive effect on female prison officers' subjective well-being,encompassing both the direct effects of social support itself and the indirect effects mediated by occupational stress and professional identity.
