生成式人工智能(AI)相关精神障碍的研究进展(综述)OA

This narrative review synthesizes empirical and case studies on the association between generative AI use and mental disorders.It summarizes six core symptoms of AI—related mental disorders:Addiction and depend-ence behaviors,mood disorders,psychotic symptoms,cognitive impairments,suicidal and self-harm behaviors,and impaired social functioning.These mental disorders emerge through dynamic vicious cycles driven by the interaction between inherent attributes of AI and individual user characteristics.Finally,potential intervention measures are pro-posed from the perspectives of prevention,clinical management and policy.
