青少年抑郁症患者自我同情与主观幸福感:心理僵化和人际压力的链式中介效应OA

Objective:To explore the relationship between self-compassion and subjective well-being in adoles-cent depression patients,and examine the chain mediating role of psychological inflexibility and interpersonal stress in this relationship.Methods:A total of 204 adolescent patients diagnosed with depression in the psychiatry depart-ment were recruited as participants.They were assessed using a set of standardized scales,including the Self-Com-passion Scale,Satisfaction with Life Scale,Positive and Negative Affect Schedule,Acceptance and Action Question-naire-2nd Edition,Cognitive Fusion Questionnaire,and Interpersonal Stress Scale.The relevant data were statistical-ly analyzed.Results:Self-compassion in adolescent depression patients positively predicted subjective well-being(β=0.394,P＜0.001).Psychological inflexibility and interpersonal stress both played a partial mediating role between self-compassion and subjective well-being in adolescent depression patients,with total indirect effects of 0.171 and 0.025,accounting for 27.49％and 4.02％of the total effect,respectively.And exerted a chain mediation effect through the pathway of self-compassion → psychological inflexibility → interpersonal stress → subjective well-being with a mediation effect value of 0.032,accounting for 5.14％of the total effect.Conclusion:Self-compassion in adolescent depression patients can directly and positively affect their subjective well-being.Psychological inflexibili-ty and interpersonal stress can both play a separate mediating role in this process,and through their combined effect,they play a chain mediating role in the relationship between self-compassion and subjective well-being in adoles-cent depression patients.
