内蒙古荒漠草原优势物种萌发期抗旱性评价OA
Evaluation of drought resistance of dominant species in Inner Mongolia desert grasslands at the germination period
该研究以内蒙古天然荒漠草原优势物种为研究对象,旨在筛选出适宜当地干旱矿区排土场生态修复的主要植物品种.选取该区域荒漠草原 7种优势植物为实验材料,基于种子萌发期抗旱响应理论,设置土壤水分梯度为2.56%~12.77%以模拟干旱胁迫,测定种子发芽率、生长指标、发芽指数、简化活力指数和抗旱指数,结合隶属函数法构建多维度抗旱性评价体系.结果表明,随着水分胁迫加剧,供试种子的发芽率、生长状况、发芽指数、简化活力指数及抗旱指数总体呈非线性下降趋势;重度干旱胁迫下(土壤水分含量 5.11%)黑麦草、草木樨的发芽率显著高于其他品种(P<0.05);经隶属函数综合评价,抗旱性等级排序为:黑麦草>草木樨>狗尾草>披碱草>紫花苜蓿>沙打旺>沙蒿.以上研究结果表明,黑麦草、草木樨与狗尾草抗旱性较强,可作为矿区植被重建优势种;同时提出 5.11%土壤含水量(饱和田间持水量40%)为种子萌发阈值下限,为干旱区矿山生态修复的水分管理提供量化依据.
This study focused on dominant plant species from the natural desert grasslands of Inner Mongolia,with the aim of identifying species suitable for ecological restoration of mining dumps in arid regions.Seven dominant grassland species were selected as experimental materials.Based on drought-response mechanism during seed germination,a soil moisture gradient(2.56%–12.77%)was established to simulate drought stress.Germination rate,seedling growth parameters,germination index,simplified vigor index,and drought resistance index were measured.A comprehensive drought resistance evaluation system was developed using the membership function method.Key findings revealed that as water stress intensified,all measured indices(germination rate,growth status,germination index,vigor index,and drought resistance index)declined nonlinearly.Under severe drought(5.11%soil moisture),the germination rates of Lolium perenne and Melilotus officinalis were significantly higher than other species(P<0.05).Comprehensive evaluation ranked drought resistance in the following order:Lolium perenne>Melilotus officinalis>Setaria viridis>Elymus dahuricus>Medicago sativa>Astragalus adsurgens>Artemisia desertorum.The study demonstrated that Lolium perenne,Melilotus officinalis,and Setaria viridis exhibited strong drought tolerance and were recommended as pioneer species for mining-area revegetation.Additionally,5.11%soil moisture(40%of field capacity)was identified as the critical lower threshold for seed germination,providing a quantitative basis for water management strategies in ecological restoration of arid mining zones.
