马铃薯新品种黔芋9号的选育与应用研究OA

[目的]选育高产优质抗病马铃薯新品种,为马铃薯产业高质量发展提供品种支撑.[方法]用母本 Tacna和父本 Victoria进行杂交,构建杂交群体,经系统选育获得马铃薯优异新材料.[结果]育成的高产优质抗病马铃薯新材料(编 号:09305-619)于 2021年通过国家农业农村部登记,命名为黔芋 9号[登记编号:GPD马铃薯(2021)520110].黔芋 9号为中熟品种,生育期约 87 d(出苗至成熟),半直立株型,株高约 63 cm.黔芋 9号抗 X病毒和 Y病毒,中抗晚疫病.黔芋 9号块茎干物质、淀粉、蛋白质、还原糖、维生素C含量分别为 18.20%、14.84%、2.45%、0.05%、17.20 mg/100g.黔芋 9号块茎褐变强度低、褐变指数低、随时间推移色差值小,抗酶促褐变,适宜鲜食和鲜切加工.2019-2020年黔芋 9号平均产量为 2 104.35 kg/667m2,较威芋 5号(CK)增产 35.91%;2022年进一步开展脱毒种薯繁种工作;2023年、2024年在威宁县开展春作马铃薯大面积生产示范,平均产量分别为 3 857.65 kg/667m2、3 367.00 kg/667m2;2023-2024年在长顺县、惠水县、黄平县、黎平县和三都县冬闲田开展冬作马铃薯生产示范,平均产量 2 184.90 kg/667m2,比费乌瑞它(CK)增产21.74%.[结论]黔芋9号丰产性和稳定性好,还原糖含量低、晚疫病抗性好,适宜在贵州省中高海拔(800~2 600 m)地区及生态条件相似区域推广种植.
[Objective]New potato varieties with the advantages of high-yield,high-quality and disease resistance were bred to provide the support for high-quality development of potato industry.[Method]The excellent potato line was bred from the hybrid population constructed from the combination of Tacna ♀×Victoria ♂ by a systematic breeding method.[Result]The new bred potato line(No.09305-619)registered by Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs in 2021 was named as Qianyu 9[Registration number:GPD Potato(2021)520110].Qianyu 9 was a medium maturing variety with the growth period of approximately 87 days(from emergence to maturity),semi-erect plant type,and average plant height of about 63 cm,resistance to potato virus X and potato virus Y,and moderate resistance to late blight.The dry matter,starch,protein,reducing sugar,vitamin C content in tubers of Qianyu 9 was 18.20%,14.84%,2.45%,0.05%and 17.20 mg/100g respectively.The tubers of Qianyu 9 with the advantages of low browning intensity,low browning index,less color change over time,and strong resistance to enzymatic browning was suitable for fresh-eating and fresh-cut processing.The average yield of Qianyu 9 was 2 104.35 kg/667m2 in 2019 and 2020,and 35.91%higher than Weiyu 5(CK).In 2022,the virus-free seed potato reproduction was further implemented.The average yield of Qianyu 9 in large-scale spring potato production demonstration tests in 2023 and 2024 was 3 857.65 kg/667m2 and 3 367.00 kg/667m2,respectively.The average yield of Qianyu 9 in winter potato production demonstration test in Changshun,Huishui,Huangping,Liping and Sandu Counties during 2023-2024 was 2 184.90 kg/667m2,and 21.74%higher than Favorita(CK).[Conclusion]Qianyu 9 with the advantages of good yielding ability,yield stability,lower reducing sugar content and good resistance to late blight should be popularized in the areas with medium and high altitudes of 800-2 600 m of Guizhou Province and in the areas with the similar ecological conditions.
