干制辣椒新品种辣研514的选育与应用研究OA

[Objective]New pepper varieties with high-yield,high-quality and for dried pepper were bred to meet the exigent demand for dried pepper varieties of processing market.[Method]The three-line hybrid was bred from the combination of L-1A(a male sterile line)♀×GJH2010-3(a inbred line)♂.[Result]The registration number of Layan 514 was GDP Pepper(2023)520403.Layan 514 was a medium-maturing hybrid with an average growth period of 189 days.The VC,capsaicin,crude fiber,and protein in fresh fruits of Layan 514 was 146.32 mg/100g,0.106%,31.27%,and 16.83%,respectively.Layan 514 with the characteristics of thin pericarp,moderate seed content,easy dehydration,intense pungency,high crude fat(14.97%)and dry matter content(18.60%)was good suitable for drying.The average yield of Layan 514 in the variety yield test in 2019 was 1 673.09 kg,12.69%higher than that of Hongla 8(CK).The average yield of Layan 514 in the regional tests during 2020-2021 was 1 588.93 kg/667m2,13.89%higher than that of Hongla 8(CK).The average yield of Layan 514 in the production test in 2021 was 1 571.41 kg/667m2,15.16%higher than that of Hongla 8(CK).Layan 514 had the moderate resistance to virus disease,phytophthora blight and anthracnose,good strong lodging resistance,strong drought tolerance and high saline-alkali tolerance.[Conclusion]Layan 514,a new pepper variety with high yield,drought tolerance,salt and alkali resistance,strong spicy taste and suitable for drying,is suitably cultivated in the open in spring and summer in Southwest and Northwest regions.
