涉农企业参与产教融合的典型特征、现实困境与优化策略OA

Agricultural enterprises serve as pivotal organizational subjects in advancing integration between industry and education,whose effective participation constitutes an important mechanism for promoting rural revitalization and agricultural modernization.By aligning vocational education with regional industrial transformation,such participation supports the upgrading of local agricultural sectors,strengthens the responsiveness of vocational education to industry needs,and enhances the cultivation of technical and skilled talents.Drawing on an empirical investigation of 51 agricultural enterprises engaged in integration between industry and education,this study shows that,against the backdrop of national agricultural high-tech industry demonstration zones,enterprise participation is characterized by four interrelated patterns:institutionally embedded engagement organized around municipal industry-education consortium;talent development synchronized with the cyclical rhythms of agricultural production;resource-embedded collaboration through training bases and industry colleges;and socially oriented functional spillovers through public service provision.At the same time,agricultural enterprises remain constrained by misalignment between institutional arrangements and enterprise needs,structural limitations of agriculture-related industries,insufficient enterprise investment,and entrenched social perceptions of agriculture and vocational education.To advance the in-depth and sustainable participation of enterprises in integration between industry and education,this study proposes targeted optimization pathways.It is essential to improve institutional guarantee systems and collaborative governance mechanisms to stimulate enterprises'endogenous participation motivation and optimize the social ecology of integration between industry and education.Specifically,risk-sharing and incentive-compatible mechanisms should be improved to reduce enterprises'uncertainty;flexible cooperation arrangements should be designed to accommodate the spatial dispersion and seasonal temporality of agricultural industries;stable expectations of long-term returns should be cultivated to move beyond a short-term labor-utilization logic;and cultural guidance should be reinforced to consolidate the social foundation for integration between industry and education.
