Research on the Design of a Dualredundancy Servo for Near-Space UAVs redundancy Based on Fault DiagnosisOA

In response to the demand for ultra-long endurance and high reliability in near-space unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs),this paper presents an in-depth study on the design of a dual-redundancy servo.This servo employs a hot-standby operating scheme.Based on a dual-winding brushless DC motor,the research on the dual-redundancy design of the electrical control system and the servo,as well as the redundancy control technology,has been completed.Experiments have demonstrated that the system operates stably and reliably.It has the ability to continue working after a single electrical fault,and there is no obvious disturbance during redundancy switching.Moreover,it has been practically verified on a specific model of UAV.
