Impact of Technological Distance and Knowledge Sharing on Cooperative Innovation Performance of Commercial Aerospace EnterprisesOA
This paper conducts an empirical study with commercial aerospace enterprises as the research object,constructs a conceptual model and puts forward research hypotheses,and explores the mechanism between technological distance,knowledge sharing and cooperative innovation performance.The results show that technological distance has a significant positive promoting effect on the cooperative innovation performance of commercial aerospace enterprises.Both dimensions of knowledge sharing,namely tacit knowledge sharing and explicit knowledge sharing,play a partial mediating role in the relationship between technological distance and cooperative innovation performance.This paper reveals the path of technological distance affecting cooperative innovation performance in the context of commercial aerospace,and provides a theoretical basis for commercial aerospace enterprises to reasonably select partners and deepen knowledge sharing to improve cooperative innovation performance.development trajectories.Through industrial chain or industry-university-research cooperation with large technological distance and cross-organizational boundaries,commercial aerospace companies can integrate and implement key technica resources,promote technological iteration and leapfrogging,and make up for the breakpoints and deficiencies in their core technical chains[10].Although aerospace technology R&D and commercial innovation are accompanied by extremely high uncertainty and trial-and-error costs,breakthrough innovation plays a decisive role in the long-term survival and competitive breakthrough of commercial aerospace companies["].Accordingly,this paper holds that the greater the technological distance between cooperative innovation entities in commercial aerospace,the more conducive it is to improving the cooperative innovation performance of enterprises.
