D2钢(国标牌号Cr12Mo1V1)属于高碳高铬型莱氏体模具钢,具备优异的淬透性与耐磨性,在模具制造领域应用广泛,但高碳高铬成分易导致其冶炼凝固过程中共晶碳化物不均匀析出,进而影响材料力学性能与加工性能.本研究采用浇注试验方法,结合金相显微镜分析与扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察技术,系统探究隔片配合孕育剂的复合孕育工艺对D2钢铸态组织的调控作用,明确该工艺在晶粒细化、改善元素偏析及优化碳化物分布方面的作用机理.结果表明:单一孕育剂处理对铸件整体晶粒细化效果有限;添加隔片的浇注工艺可有效细化晶粒,且不同隔片厚度对晶粒细化效果存在显著差异;隔片与孕育剂协同作用的复合孕育工艺,对D2钢铸态晶粒的细化效果最优,其中最优工艺组的晶粒尺寸相较于传统浇注工艺铸件减小76%,显著改善了铸态组织均匀性.

D2 steel(Chinese national standard grade:Cr12Mo1V1)is a high-carbon and high-chromium ledeburitic die steel,which has excellent hardenability and wear resistance and is widely used in the field of die manufacturing.However,its high carbon and chromium content easily leads to the uneven precipitation of eutectic carbides during the smelting and solidification processes,thereby affecting the mechanical properties and processing performance of the material.In this study,casting experiments were carried out,combined with metallographic microscope analysis and scanning electron microscope(SEM)observation technology,to systematically explore the regulatory effect of the composite inoculation process of spacers combined with inoculants on the as-cast microstructure of D2 steel,and clarify the mechanism of this process in grain refinement,improvement of element segregation and optimization of carbide distribution.The experimental results show that the single inoculant treatment has a limited effect on the overall grain refinement of the castings;the casting process with spacers can effectively refine the grain size,and different spacer thicknesses have significant differences in the grain refinement effect;the composite inoculation process with the synergistic effect of spacers and inoculants has the best grain refinement effect on the as-cast grains of D2 steel.Among them,the grain size of the optimal process group is reduced by 76%compared with that of the castings produced by the traditional casting process,which significantly improves the uniformity of the as-cast microstructure.
