Ta含量对Ti48Al2Cr2Nb合金组织与力学性能的影响OA
The Effect of Ta Content on the Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Ti48Al2Cr2Nb Alloy
采用真空非自耗电弧熔炼炉制备了Ti48Al2Cr2NbxTa(x=0、1、2、4,原子分数/%)合金,研究了Ta含量对合金微观组织演化和力学性能的影响.结果表明,未添加Ta时合金为粗大片层组织,随Ta含量增加,组织逐步细化、析出相更为致密.合金相组成主要为γ-TiAl相与α2-Ti3Al相,Ta含量为2%时析出相显著增多,合金组织呈清晰网状与胞状结构,组织均匀性最佳.随Ta含量增加,合金硬度呈现先增大后减小再增大的趋势,2%Ta合金的硬度较低,室温与高温抗压强度、塑性最优.各合金室温压缩时均为脆性断裂模式,其中2%Ta合金抗裂纹扩展能力更强.
Ti48Al2Cr2NbxTa(x=0,1,2,4,atomic fraction/%)alloys were prepared by vacuum non-consumable arc melting,and the influence of Ta content on microstructural evolution and mechanical properties of the alloys was investigated.The results show that the alloy without Ta exhibits a coarse lamellar microstructure.As the Ta content increases,the microstructure is gradually refined and the precipitated phases become denser.The as-cast alloys are primarily composed of γ-TiAl and α2-Ti3Al phases.When the Ta content is 2%,the precipitated phases increase significantly,and the alloy shows a clear network and cellular structure with the best uniformity.With the increase of Ta content,the alloy hardness follows a trend of first increasing,then decreasing,and finally increasing.The 2%Ta alloy has a lower hardness and the highest compressive strength and ductility at both room and high temperatures.All alloys show brittle fracture at room temperature compression,and the 2%Ta alloy exhibits superior crack propagation resistance.
