林洪生"固本清源"理论指导的中医防护治疗在乳腺癌内分泌治疗中的应用OA

Endocrine therapy for breast cancer is associated with problems such as long treatment cycle,numerous adverse reactions,and impaired quality of life.Professor Lin Hongsheng has developed the thought of"strengthening the foundation and clearing the source"and proposed stage-based syndrome differentiation and treatment for breast cancer patients undergoing endocrine therapy.This paper generalizes her experience into three stages.At the initial stage,the pathogenesis is mostly liver stagnation transforming into fire,and the treatment focuses on"regulating"and"harmonizing"methods to soothe liver and relieve stagnation.At the middle stage,the pathogenesis often manifests as qi-yin deficiency,and the treatment adopts"tonifying"method to replenish qi and nourish yin.At the late stage,the pathogenesis commonly presents as spleen-kidney deficiency,and the treatment applies"replenishing"method to tonify both spleen and kidney.By dynamically grasping the evolutionary law of pathogenesis and implementing flexible treatment,it can effectively reduce adverse reactions and improve patients'quality of life and treatment compliance.This article summarizes Professor Lin Hongsheng's stage-based syndrome differentiation and treatment rules,aiming to provide a clinical reference for traditional Chinese medicine protective treatment in breast cancer endocrine therapy.
