肝癌共病心血管疾病的辨治OA

With the prolongation of tumor survival and the long-term duration of anti-tumor therapies,hepatic cancer comorbid with cardiovascular disease(CVD)has emerged as a complex clinical challenge urgently requiring resolution.The comorbidity of hepatic cancer and CVD presents dual clinical features characterized by the"coexistence of pre-existing diseases"and the"superposition of new injuries".Based on traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)theory of"heart-liver correlation",this paper systematically elucidates the physiological maintenance of heart and liver in terms of visceral manifestations,five phases,meridians,and qi,blood,and spirit.It reveals that the core pathogenesis of hepatic cancer comorbid with CVD is characterized by"deficiency in the root and excess in the branch,intertwining of toxin and stasis,and imbalance between wood and fire",along with its dynamic evolutionary rules.Aiming at this pathological process,this paper establishes the holistic therapeutic principle of"simultaneous treatment of heart and liver",and constructs a clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment system involving"distinguishing primary and secondary to determine priorities,focusing on chief symptoms to establish core therapeutic methods,and adapting to seasonal,regional,and individual factors for flexible modifications".This system aims to achieve dual management of tumor progression and multi-source cardiovascular risks by harmonizing qi,blood,yin,and yang while applying both attacking and tonifying methods,thereby supporting high-quality"survival with tumor"in patients with hepatic cancer.
