论现代中医治疗肿瘤辨病的重要性OA

With the in-depth development of modern medicine from histopathology to gene and molecular level,the diagnosis and treatment of tumors have entered the era of precise classification.The treatment of tumors with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has long been centered on syndrome differentiation and treatment.However,in contemporary clinical practice,the simple syndrome differentiation model is faced with the complex situation of the interweaving of"different syndromes in the same disease"and"the same syndrome in different diseases".On the basis of reviewing the origin of TCM tumor differentiation and treatment theories,this paper systematically expounds the different values of syndrome differentiation,disease differentiation,and symptom differentiation in tumor treatment.Syndrome differentiation focuses on dynamically grasping the evolution of pathogenesis,symptom differentiation aims to relieve acute sufferings,and disease differentiation directly points to the biological essence of tumors.On the basis of disease differentiation,emphasizing TCM disease cause and pathogenesis is the key to deepen the differentiation and treatment of tumors with TCM and grasp the essence of diseases.Combined with modern diagnostic techniques such as pathological classification,immunohistochemical markers,and gene mutation detection,it is proposed that"treatment based on disease differentiation"is a bridge connecting traditional Chinese and Western medicine and a prerequisite for precise tumor treatment.The modern connotation of TCM disease differentiation should cover tumor characteristic,molecular classification,and core pathogenesis,so as to guide the combination of specific prescriptions for specific diseases and targeted medication and to improve clinical efficacy.
