翟文生运用六经辨证治疗过敏性紫癜经验OA

This paper summarizes Professor Zhai Wensheng's clinical experience of treating Henoch-Schönlein purpura(HSP)applying the method of six-meridian syndrome differentiation.The pathological evolution of HSP is elucidated.HSP initial stage belongs to Taiyang syndrome with the pathogenesis of external attack of wind evil and damage of Ying and Wei systems;HSP progressive stage belongs to Yang-ming syndrome,with the pathogenesis of excessive heat forcing blood extravasation and intermingling of stasis and heat;HSP recurrent stage belongs to Shaoyang syndrome,with the pathogenesis of impairment of pivotal function failing,Qi stagnation and blood stasis;HSP in prolonged deficiency stage belongs to three Yin syndromes,with the pathogenesis of visceral deficiency and failure to control blood.The modified classical formulas such as Guizhi Tang,Baihu Tang,Xiaochaihu Tang and Lizhong Tang are applied.The formula prescriptions have been optimized according to modern pharmacological research.The diagnostic and therapeutic model combining six-meridian syndrome differentiation with classical formulas has been established,which could provide theoretical thought and practical evidence of TCM treatment of HSP.A case of treating HSP Yangming excessive heat syndrome with Baihu Tang combined with Taoren Chengqi Tang is attached.
