防己地黄汤临床应用、药理作用、化学成分的研究进展及质量标志物预测OA
Research Progress on the Clinical Applications,Pharmacological Effects,and Chemical Components of Fangji Dihuang Decoction and Prediction of Its Quality Markers
防己地黄汤出自《金匮要略》,具有滋阴凉血、祛风通络之功,其用于治疗少阴风邪所致的癫狂、肢体疼痛等证.临床上,防己地黄汤常用于治疗系统性红斑狼疮、双相情感障碍躁狂期及慢性肾炎等疾病,取得满意疗效.研究发现,防己地黄汤主要含有环烯醚萜苷类、生物碱类、黄酮类、香豆素类及三萜类等化学成分,具有显著的抗炎、护肾、神经保护等药理作用.质量标志物预测研究表明,梓醇、粉防己碱、升麻素苷、桂皮醛、甘草酸等是防己地黄汤内在质量与临床疗效关联性强的候选成分.本文系统概括防己地黄汤的临床应用、药理作用、化学成分及质量标志物预测的研究内容,以期为防己地黄汤的标准化开发与临床推广提供理论依据.
Fangji Dihuang Decoction,originating from the Jin Gui Yao Lve,possesses the effects of nourishing yin,cooling blood,dispelling wind,and unblocking meridians.It is indicated for conditions such as mania and limb pain caused by wind pathogen affecting the shaoyin meridian.Clinically,Fangji Dihuang Decoction is frequently used to treat systemic lupus erythematosus,the manic phase of bipolar disorder,and chronic nephritis,achieving satisfactory therapeutic outcomes.Studies have revealed that Fangji Dihuang Decoction primarily contains chemical components such as iridoid glycosides,alkaloids,flavonoids,coumarins,and triterpenes,exhibiting significant pharmacological effects including anti-inflammatory,renal protective,and neuroprotective activities.Research on quality marker prediction suggests that catalpol,tetrandrine,prim-O-glucosylcimifugin,cinnamaldehyde,and glycyrrhizic acid are candidate components with strong correlations between the intrinsic quality of Fangji Dihuang Decoction and its clinical efficacy.This article systematically summarizes the research progress on the clinical application,pharmacological effects,chemical constituents,and quality marker prediction of Fangji Dihuang Decoction,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for the standardized development and clinical promotion of this formula.
