中医药治疗的系统性红斑狼疮合并血液损害研究进展OA
Research Progress in Traditional Chinese Medicine for Systemic Lupus Erythematosus with Hematological Damage
血液损害是系统性红斑狼疮常见的合并病症.中医认为,本病的核心病机是虚实夹杂,虚、毒、热、瘀贯穿于其动态演变过程.目前,临床治疗以分期分型论治为主,提出了急性期攻毒祛邪、慢性期扶助正气、并始终贯穿化瘀之法.在作用机理方面,研究已验证其可通过调节免疫稳态、抑制炎症级联反应、改善微循环、调节代谢与微生态等途径发挥效用.同时,关于中医证型与实验室指标的相关性研究较多,这为中医证型的客观化提供了依据.本文从中医学理论与现代机制层面,阐述中医药在系统性红斑狼疮合并血液损害中的研究进展,旨在为临床优化治疗方案提供理论依据.
Hematological damage is systemic lupus erythematosus is a common comorbidity,and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)believes that the core pathogenesis of this disease is deficiency and excess,and deficiency,toxicity,heat,and stasis run through the dynamic evolution process.At present,the treatment is mainly based on staged and typed treatment,and the treatment method of attacking poison and dispelling pathogen in the acute stage,nourishing vital qi in the chronic stage,and dissolving blood stasis is always proposed.In terms of mechanism of action,it has been verified that it can playa role by regulating immune homeostasis,inhibiting inflammatory cascades,improving microcirculation,and improving metabolism and microecology.At the same time,there are many studies on the correlation between TCM syndrome and laboratory indicators,which provides a basis for the objectification of TCM syndrome patterns.This paper expounds the research progress of TCM in systemic lupus erythematosus with hematological damage from the perspectives of TCM theory and modern mechanism,aiming to provide a theoretical basis for clinical optimization of treatment plans.
