中医药治疗卒中后失眠的研究进展OA

Poststroke insomnia(PSI)is a common complication after stroke,and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has shown unique advantages in its treatment.This paper systematically reviews the basic and clinical research on TCM treatment of PSI at home and abroad in recent years.The results show that TCM therapy is effective,not only significantly relieving the clinical symptoms of PSI patients but also improving their quality of life.Its mechanism of action is complex,reflecting the overall regulatory characteristics of TCM,involving multilevel,multipathway,and multitarget synergistic effects.The core lies in regulating the neuro-endocrine-immune network,including regulating neurotransmitters,correcting functional disorders of the brain-gut axis,and improving cerebral hemodynamics.However,there is still a lack of comprehensive summary and conclusion of research progress in this field.In view of this,this study aims to deeply sort out the existing TCM treatment strategies,put forward forward-looking suggestions,and provide theoretical basis and practical reference for optimizing clinical decision-making and expanding treatment ideas.
