西部典型自然保护区的制度实践及其情感审视OACHSSCD

From the viewpoint of New Institutionalism Theory,institutions are deeply connected to emotions,and effectively harness-ing emotions within institutional practices is crucial for enhancing governance efficiency comprehensively.This paper used semi-struc-tured interviews and policy discourse analysis,focusing on the Shapotou National Nature Reserve in Ningxia as a case study,centering on the distinctive context of ecological governance,and examined the components of institutional practices and the varied emotional ex-pressions within these institutions.The research has found that:① The institutional practices of nature reserves encompass both formal and informal institutions.Formal institutions served as the primary driving force influencing the effectiveness of ecological management in nature reserves,whereas informal institutions acted as a crucial complement and valuable extension to these formal structures.② For-mal institutions involved in the ecological management of nature reserves encompassed three main areas:ecological restoration,ecologi-cal protection,and tourism development management.The policy instruments utilized consist of regulatory measures,market-based in-centives,and educational guidance.Informal institutions consisted of village rules and regulations,folk customs,environmental ethics,and local ecological knowledge.③ Institutions encompassed a variety of emotional expressions and possess three fundamental attribute dimensions:regulatory,normative,and encouraging,characterized by a structure of'constraint-response-support'.
